one of the strongest Privacy Policies on the internet. We want you to feel safe
using Small Planet Guide Apartment and Home Search and our website and we have
taken every reasonable measure to make sure your information is protected.

You are not required to provide personally identifiable information to visit
the Small Planet Guide site. We do collect usage data, ZIP codes and other
information on all users, but it is not personally identifiable except as

release information you provide through use of this functionality (including
but not limited to e-mail addresses, names and IP addresses) to third parties

of service and to protect or troubleshoot the service, the site, its users or
others who may be affected. Information collected under the "e-mail a friend"
functionality is otherwise subject to the same limitations of use, access,

Notification of changes

Accessing, changing or deactivating information
At Small Planet Guide, it is our intention to give you as much control as

a day using their designated user name and password. Members may modify or
delete their information as needed. If you deactivate your user information,
your account information will no longer be used by Small Planet Guide except in

Collection of information by third parties
Small Planet Guide works with third-party advertising companies to serve ads

Small Planet Guide Apartment/Home Owners and Managers
Our site's registration form requires you to give us contact information (name,
address, phone number, and email address) and billing information. We use this
information to establish and/or verify your identity, notify you about
communication from Small Planet Guide renters, and enable Small Planet Guide
renters to view your property's listing. We use your billing and financial
information to invoice you for products and services that you purchase through
the site.
