During your Austin apartment search, keep an eye out for any apartment listings with a Gold Star next to their name. You could get paid up to $150 if you let them know you found their apartment on Small Planet Guide and then sign a lease with them.
Be sure and tell them you found their apartment on our website by putting Small Planet Guide on the apartment application. Also, contact us and let us know your apartment details like Apartment name, Rent, Move in date, Lease length and Your name. You may want to contact us before you go to the apartment so we can let them know you are coming by.Small Planet Guide gets paid by these apartments to help them find renters like yourself and we want to share that with you. Use it to go buy a dinner at a nice Austin restaurant or many other uses.
If you would prefer, however, you may instead have us add this money to our charitable donation giving. We will match 20% of this amount. So don't forget to tell the apartments you found them on Small Planet Guide because it could pay off for you or a local Austin Charity.
